Founder, CEO & Principal Consulant
Nidia Mena is a bicultural, bilingual, first-generation Latina and the founder, CEO & Principal Consultant of Nidia Mena Consulting LLC. She holds a BA in Global Studies with a concentration in Cultural Analysis and Latin America, along with a minor in Spanish. Her diverse professional experience ranges from food cooperatives to Fortune 500 corporations. She is also a Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory. Nidia considers herself a multi-passionate creative, possessing a multitude of interests and creative pursuits, including but not limited to visual arts, music, food and writing.
